At ANAND, continuous learning and development are also promoted through highly coveted and customised training programmes in India, including the Strategy and Business Acumen programmes at the Indian Institute of Management, Indian School of Business, and People Leadership at Xavier School of Management XLRI.


Indian Institutes of Technology, Madras

A 26-week Process Engineering training programme was designed for ANAND by IIT-Madras, making it possible for participants to use engineering fundamentals and process improvements in addressing engineering challenges.


National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai

Each year, eligible operating engineers (OEs) are selected for a two-year sponsored Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE), preparing an OE for challenging business roles.
